Children In Need

We dressed up as 'Superheroes' for Children In Need this year.

Shadows

We learnt about 'Shadows' in our UTW group this week. We investigated which objects the torch light would shine through and those where the objects blocked the light. We learnt the words 'transparent' and 'opaque' to describe the objects. If an object is 'transparent' it is clear and you can see through it. If an object is 'opaque' you cannot see through it at all and it blocks the light completely.
