Pink Class visit to Blackpool Zoo
On Monday 11th November, Pink Class visited Blackpool Zoo! Pink class took part in a morning work shop where we learnt all about warm and cold blooded animals. We also looked at some real animal artefacts, such as snake skin, a tortoise shell, peacock feathers and a giraffes hoof. Pink class then got to look, stroke or hold a hissing cockroach!
After dinner, we watched the fantastic sea lion show. Children were amazed by the different tricks the sea lions could do! Then children enjoyed walking around the zoo and saw lots of different animals. Some of the animals children saw include tigers, camels, monkeys, penguins and wolves!
