Science Day 2025

Blue Class thought about water pollution, thinking specifically about what is being flushed down toilets. They investigated a range of paper products including: toilet paper, kitchen roll, flushable toilet wipes, baby wipes and facial tissues. They simulated the action of a flushed toilet by putting the paper into a bottle of water and shaking it to see if it disintegrated. Anything that didn’t, shouldn’t be flushed.
