Shrove Tuesday (Pancake Day) 2025
It was Shrove Tuesday on 4th March 2025. We made traditional crepe style pancakes with sugar and lemon juice, see the photos below to find out how we did this. The video below that explains why Christians celebrate Shrove Tuesday.

Ingredients & Equipment
1. Measure out the flour.
2. Measure out the milk and whisk together with the flour.
3. Crack the eggs into the mixture, whisk together and leave batter to rest for 30 minutes.
