Leyland Transport Museum Trip 24.04.25
We had a fantastic day at Leyland Commercial Transport Museum. We saw so many vehicles from the past and we couldn't believe what some of them used to be.
Did you know a horse used to pull a fire engine! We found it strange that the old fire engines didn't have any window.
We loved finding the tiny wheels and then couldn't believe our eyes when we saw the size of the wheel on the fairground engine!
We saw lorries and decided we would have to stand on Miss Franklin's shoulders to look through the windows... we didn't!
We even got to go inside the Popemobile!
We were mesmerised by all the old vehicles and all had a fantastic day. Take a look at the photos below.
