VE Day
VE Day 2025
Blue Class celebrated the 80th anniversary of VE Day by dressing in red, white and blue and decorating biscuits in the same colours. They also learned all about the significance of VE Day and why we still celebrate it. We looked at some diaries from children at the time, who had just found out about the war being ended. The children created postcards as children who were celebrating VE Day in 1945.
