Science Day 18.04.23

Today was an exciting day in school. It was Science Day. We had a visit from the travelling scientist this morning. He worked with us to discover each of the skills we need to be a scientist. Below you can find out what we learnt and see the photos of the experiments he did with us. 

We made a whole class poster to summarise the experiments (the photo of our poster is at the bottom of the page).

Classify

"One group was 'birds'." - Alayna

"The other group was 'mammals'." - Allara

"'birds' had to have a beak and feathers." - Deenah

"'mammals' had to have mouths and fur." - Zainab
