Author Visit- Poet Andy Tooze
Andy Tooze, the fabulous poet visited our school and did poetry workshops with every class. He began the day with an introduction assembly about poetry for the whole school. After doing a workshop with each class, he brought the whole school together at the end of the day to perform some of the poetry the children had learnt and created themselves during the workshop. The children learnt many new skills and it was a very fun and engaging day.
