Here is your home learning for today.  

 

NOTICE* Please remember to collect your clay today (Wednesday 3rd February) between 9:00 – 12:00 from Mrs Smith in the school office. If you are having any trouble collecting in this time frame, please email me to arrange collection at another time. Please leave it wrapped up until you are ready to make your clay animal.

ART – The lesson you have all been waiting for! Its clay week.

 

Remember you have the choice between; Penguin, Polar bear, Seal, Elephant, Lion and tiger. I have attached a video here which may give you some ideas to help when making your clay animal, or you can make the rhino if you prefer. https://www.youtube.com/watch/ocAc--CQdPw Remember if you make mistakes clay is perfect because you can always start again. 

 

*Note: Please make sure your child is making their animal somewhere where you can clean up after, as you know clay can be very messy (sorry). You can smooth the clay by putting your fingers in some water but be careful to not get the clay to wet.
