Athlete Event

We were very lucky to have an athlete visit our school for a morning. Lauren Quigley, competitive swimmer, has represented Great Britain at the FINA world championships and England in the Commonwealth Games. Each class took part in a fitness workout, completing several exercises for one minute each. Lauren then did a whole school inspirational talk telling the pupils about her life as an athlete swimmer and how she never gave up on her dreams.
