PE and Sport Funding

As part of our school Sports Premium funding we have bought into the Burnley School Sports Partnership. Through the partnership we have access to a School Sports Co-ordinator who works alongside our members of staff to upskill teaching and support staff to ensure high quality PE. 

We have regular meetings with the SSCo to measure impact and to identify ways in which we can further develop PE and School Sport at St Peters. Having provided training for the Sports Learders in Year 6, children in reception class are now offered opportunities to participate in lunch time sporting activities.
