Autumn Two

On Friday 6th November, the whole school held a zoom meeting with the super talented Jasper Cherry, Magician.

He told us all about his time on Britain's Got Talent, meeting Ant and Dec (who are quite short in real life!) and Simon Cowell.

Jasper kept us very entertained and is fantastic magician.

As part of Parliament Week, Gold Class met up (via zoom) with retired MP for Burnley, Peter Pike.

He told us all about his visits to Westminster, the MP's he had worked with and even when he met the Queen.

Raising Aspirations.

This term, Gold Class are taking part in a project called Raising Aspirations. We will find out all about the skills needed for different jobs, how banks and money work. We will also watch videos about famous people who talk about the hopes and dreams they had as children and how they have made these come true.
