Competitions & Events
Another busy Half term of competitions and events. Lots of Football competitions for our Year 5/6 Boys and Girls Football teams. Firstly, it was our boys taking part in the LFSA Football Qualifier held at Burnley College. The following week saw our Girls participate in the Girls LSFA Football Qualifier. Both events provided opportunity for self-improvement and to increase motivation. Although our teams haven't progressed to the next round they have all thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Four Pupils from Year 4 participated in a Gymnastics skills Festival held at the BEST Centre. The Pupils were excited to have a go on all the Apparatus and put their skills to the test. There was a carousel of different activities to help the pupils gain confidence in Balancing, Jumping, rolling and travelling.
