World Book Day 2022
On World Book Day, each class learnt about an author and read some of the different books by their chosen author. Each class did an activity based on one of the books and created a display for our corridor.
We all came to school dressed as characters from books or in our pyjamas.
Bring books to Life Workshop 2022
To get the children excited about World Book Day, we asked the 'West End in Schools' company to come into school and deliver a workshop with pupils called 'Bringing Books to Life'. KS1 did a dance workshop based on 'The Gingerbread Man' story and KS2 was based on 'Jungle Book'.
