Then look at the PowerPoint and complete the sheets attached. There’re three sheets attached. They have stars at the bottom. The more stars at the bottom the more difficult the sheet is. Please choose one and complete.

Good afternoon

History: Our science unit this half term is ‘Houses now and then’.

Today’s learning challenge is to: Name the features of houses. Ask the children to think about their house and see if they can pick out the different features. For example; windows, doors, chimney etc.

Key vocabulary

Features of housesare the parts that make up a house.

Materialswhat the features are made from.

Then complete the sheet attached. Label the parts of the house. If you think you can impress me further, see if you can use yesterday’s science learning to name, the materials each part is made from.

Please remember to send photos to our emails of your work!

Kind Regards,

Miss Hargreaves
