World Book Day
Today was World Book Day.
We had a lot of very strange children appear in Gold Class today! We had several witches, a ninja warrior, a white rabbit and lots of children who seemed to have forgotten to get dressed and turn up in their pyjamas!
The whole school studied an author and Gold Class chose Michael Morpurgo. We found lots of very interesting information about him which we sorted into categories, then wrote biographies.
After reading several of his stories, we realised that there were no illustrations in his books, so we turned artists for the day and drew some fantastic pictures.
