Homework: Week beginning 6th November 2020

 

I want to start this week by saying a HUGE thank you for the fantastic creative homework completed during the holidays. The children have really enjoyed sharing and discussing their work with the rest of the class.

 

Purple Mash: This week we will continue to look at ‘The Great Fire of London’ in History. Please complete the following activities on Purple Mash.

 

• Quiz: How much do you know about the Great Fire of London? Can you add some more questions?
• Picture:  Draw some of the houses that were destroyed in the Great Fire of London.
• Maths subtraction within 20.

 

Maths: In maths this week we have been looking at subtraction please complete the sheet attached with your child.

 

Read, Write, Inc bookmark- practice reading and spelling the words on your given bookmark.

This will really help your child to make progress with their reading. 

 

Vocabulary- please continue to read and discuss the words on the vocabulary sheet attached last week.
