Investigating the effect of different surfaces
During Science Week, Green Class investigated how different surfaces affect how objects move. They looked at and felt some smooth and rough surfaces and predicted how long it would take a toy car to travel down each. They timed the car on each surface and then described what they had found out. They found out about a force called friction that make objects move slower.
